NEPOCEF CV TABLET

Nepocef CV  is a broad-spectrum veterinary antibiotic prescribed to treat bacterial infections in dogs and cats. It contains a combination of Cefpodoxime Proxetil  and Potassium Clavulanate.

Uses

This medication is primarily recommended for the treatment of:

• Skin infections: Superficial and deep pyoderma, wounds, and abscesses
• Respiratory tract infections
• Urinary tract infections (UTI)
• Ear infections
• Post-surgical infections

How It Works

• Cefpodoxime: A cephalosporin antibiotic that prevents bacteria from building their cell walls, causing the bacteria to rupture and die.
• Potassium Clavulanate: An inhibitor that prevents resistant bacteria from breaking down the antibiotic, vastly increasing the drug’s effectiveness.
