EASOTIC EAR DROP

Easotic ear drop  is a prescription veterinary ear drop exclusively used to treat otitis externa (outer ear infections) in dogs. It rapidly eliminates infections caused by susceptible bacteria (like Staphylococcus pseudintermedius) and yeast/fungi (like Malassezia pachydermatis), while alleviating swelling and itching.

Key Active Ingredients

The formula combines three active medications into an oily suspension to treat the infection from multiple angles:

• Hydrocortisone Aceponate (1.11 mg/mL): A potent, new-generation steroid (corticosteroid) that rapidly reduces inflammation, swelling, pain, and itching in the ear canal.
• Miconazole Nitrate (17.4 mg/mL): An antifungal/antimicrobial agent that destroys yeasts and fungi, halting their growth by attacking their cell membranes.
• Gentamicin Sulfate (1.5 mg/mL): A broad-spectrum aminoglycoside antibiotic that targets and kills susceptible bacteria causing the infection.
